Why is responsible gaming important?

Online betting and casino games can be an exciting form of entertainment. However, that entertainment stays healthy only when you play with awareness and within your means. 77bdx always wants its players to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Gambling or betting should never be treated as a source of income. It is entirely a recreational activity. Following the responsible gaming policy at 77bdx is essential for every registered member. We give you the opportunity to set gaming limits, review your own behaviour, and seek support when needed.

⚠️ Warning: Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that gaming is negatively affecting your daily life, relationships, or financial situation, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

Age verification and the 21+ policy

77bdx strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age verification is mandatory at registration. There is no way for anyone under age to open an account or play.

21+ required Age verification

The 21+ age limit — why it is essential

A minimum age of 21 is required to open an account and play any betting or casino game at 77bdx. This policy exists to protect minors and to build a culture of responsible gaming.

Every user's age is verified at registration. If any account is suspected of belonging to a minor, 77bdx reserves the right to suspend that account immediately.

If there are underage members in your household, make sure they cannot access your login details. Use parental control software if needed.

Steps to protect minors

Keep your account password secure and do not share it with other household members.
Always log out of your account after use.
Do not leave devices with your saved account within reach of children or teenagers.
Use parental control software to block children from accessing gaming websites.
If you notice any suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately.

Assess yourself — are you at risk?

Ask yourself the questions below. If you answer "yes" to most of them, it is time to seek help.

Are you spending more on betting than your set budget?
Do you feel the urge to play again to recover money you have lost?
Is gaming affecting your work, studies, or family relationships?
Are you playing with borrowed money or by breaking into savings?
Do you feel restless or anxious when you are not playing?
Are you hiding how much you play from family or friends?

✅ Remember: Seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it is proof of courage. Contact 77bdx's live chat support and we will assist you with complete confidentiality.

How to use the protection tools

01

Log in to your account

First, go to the 77bdx login page and access your account. Use a strong password for a secure login and do not share it with anyone.

02

Go to Account Settings

After logging in, go to Account Settings or the profile menu. Find the "Responsible Gaming" section there.

03

Set your preferred limits

Select whichever of the deposit limit, loss limit, or time limit you need, then set the amount or duration. Limit changes generally take 24 hours to come into effect.

04

If you need self-exclusion

If you want to take a long break, choose the self-exclusion option and select a duration. Alternatively, you can make the request directly through our 24/7 live chat — we will act on it immediately.

05

Assess yourself regularly

Review your betting history and spending at least once a month. Compare it against your goals and budget, and reset your limits if needed.

Financial control and budget planning

The minimum deposit at 77bdx is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. We advise that you only use money for betting that you can afford to lose.

Before depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, set aside a fixed portion of your monthly budget for entertainment. Never spend beyond that allocation on betting.

  • Do not think of betting as a way to earn income
  • Do not play with borrowed money or by breaking into savings
  • Avoid the impulse to chase losses immediately after a loss
  • Set entertainment goals, not winning goals
  • Take regular breaks — rest for at least 10 minutes every hour

Build healthy gaming habits

Set goals

Before each session, decide how long you will play and the maximum amount you will spend. End the session as soon as either limit is reached.

Enjoy the joy of winning

When you win, withdraw that money and celebrate. Instead of betting your winnings again, use them for savings or your family.

Bonus awareness

Before using a welcome bonus or promotional offer, read the associated terms and conditions carefully. Understand the wagering requirements before making a decision.

Questions and answers about responsible gaming

Answers to common questions are provided below.

After logging into your account, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in Account Settings. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it generally takes effect after 24 hours. If you need help, contact our 24/7 live chat.

Yes, your account balance remains completely safe even after self-exclusion is activated. You can request a withdrawal after the exclusion period ends or through the support team. Contact us directly for more details.

No, the minimum age to play at 77bdx is 21. This is an essential part of our responsible gaming policy. Anyone aged 18 or under cannot open an account or play any game. If age verification fails, the account will be closed immediately.

A time-out is a temporary break — typically from 24 hours up to 30 days. The account is reactivated automatically once that period ends. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a long-term or permanent step — for staying away from gaming for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is more effective for serious problems.

Start by speaking with them with empathy and encourage them to acknowledge the problem. Then, with their consent, contact our 24/7 live chat — we will help put protective measures on their account. Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength.

77bdx does not directly provide professional counselling services, but we will help guide you in the right direction and ensure the necessary protective measures are in place on your account. If you feel you need professional help, we encourage you to connect with an appropriate organisation.
